Processing Lead Time: International wire transfers can take several business days. Please initiate your transfer well in advance to ensure funds clear prior to your appointment.

- Some payment methods, particularly transfers and certain online payment providers, may require processing time. Please ensure your payment is completed and confirmed in advance to avoid any delay to your scheduled procedure.
- For bank transfers, please email your payment confirmation (transfer receipt) to acc@rattinan.com and include your full name and appointment date for verification.
- Your appointment and surgery schedule may proceed only after the payment has been successfully received and verified.
