1. Clinical Autonomy
The Clinic retains the absolute right to refuse surgery upon physical examination if the patient is deemed medically unfit, regardless of prior virtual approval.
2. Financial Clarity & Commissions
2.1 Fixed Pricing : Quoted prices are valid for 60–90 days.
2.2 Commission Fees : 10-20%
2.3 When Commission Disbursed : 30 days after the patient’s full payment is received and the procedure is completed.
2.4 Refunds : if a refund is issued Agency Pay the wire transfer fees
3. Professional Liability & Insurance
Separation of Liability: The platform is a marketing/logistics partner, not a medical provider. They are responsible for travel mishaps; the clinic is responsible for clinical outcomes.
Mandatory Insurance: State that all partnership patients must have medical tourism complication insurance (e.g., Global Protective Solutions).
4. Intellectual Property (IP) Usage
Agencies may use clinic photos/videos only during the active partnership period.
If the contract ends, they must remove clinic photos / videos from their website within 7 days.
